3 avocados
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp espresso powder
1/3 cup honey
3 tbsps coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp raw cacao nibs

PREPARATION

    Step 1

    Hollow out the 3 avocados into a bowl

    Add cocoa powder, espresso powder, honey, coconut milk, and vanilla to the bowl and blend well

    Add contents of bowl to 3 individual serving dishes

    Chill at least 30 minutes

    Sprinkle with sea salt and cacao nibs and serve (can be chilled and served in the avocado shells instead of dishes)
