Noodles
Water

6oz arugula
1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
1 pound strawberries, thinly sliced
¾ cup finely chopped red onion (about ½ small onion)
4 ounces crumbled goat cheese or feta
1/2 cup roasted walnuts
½ cup halved and thinly sliced radish (about 3 medium)

Meanwhile, saute vegetables in a pan. Add salt and pepper.

Pour curry over vegetables and simmer.

Add noodles and cook until noodles and sauce reach desired consistency.

Boil water and dissolve curry packet.

It's a salad. Throw it all together and toss to mix. Serve with balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
